There is nothing that would prevent Israel from undertaking CRUSHING, old-fashioned ground assaults against Hamas, Hizbollah and Syria simultaneously...while also taking care of Iran's nuke sites.
That's what they'd have to do ANYWAY if they chose to attack Iran.
