The same applies to men...women set the tone, and men need to be reminded on how to conduct themselves. The morals of men and women have slid into the skanky abyss of slime, to name a few adjectives. Women, if you don't stand up, respect yourself and set limits in terms of your behavior and personal style, you will be treated as low lifes...set the tone and follow through. No offense to the writer of this article. I agree that a return to politeness and modesty would be a great thing for society. But the sad truth, in my opinion, is that modesty has not only died, but it’s been dead for many, many years, having been carried into that cold earth by pallbearers Lenny Bruce, Larry Flynt, George Carlin, Sam Peckinpah and Bob Guichionne.

However, free societies sometimes experience this kind of excess. Elizabethian England, with its drunken excess and armies of bastard children, led eventually to Victorian England... which has led to modern England.

The fact that we’re disgusted and willing to speak out in itself means that change is coming. My grandchildren will think of my generation as barbarians. As well they should.
