The Founding Fathers knew quite well that men do not have a God-given right to vice. Does the constitution say what rights belong to the government to be granted to the citizen?

Does the constitution say what rights belong to the government to be granted to the citizen?Ok. The progressives want the age of consent lowered to puberty, about 10 years old. Should they have the right to take these kids at will if they consider it moral themselves? Who decides they can't have sex with your kid? What if there are 10 leftists and only one of you on the playground? Who wins? If morality is gray, what color would this be? Light gray? Charcoal gray? Off white?
Where's the line, and who gets to make the choice if there are no rules or moral guidelines?

Rights come from God. Once you understand that, you can immediately recognize statements like, "I have a right to sell pornography" and "I have a right to sodomy" and "I have a right to smoke crack" for the nonsensical idiocy that they are.
Once you understand that such activities are not rights but vices, they are fair game for laws limiting or precluding them, particularly at the local level. The Feds, on the other hand, should leave local communities alone when they try to enact such laws. That's where the real tyranny comes from.
