You are all dreaming if you think Al Gore will owe a penny to anyone after the AGW theory is shown to be bogus.
Gore will be held harmless. He did not “legally” defraud a single soul. Not legally. He did not collect, interpret or modify any earth temperature readings. He did not postulate AGW theory.
Legally, all his actions are based on conclusions by other scientists. In court all he has to say is that he was equally duped by the fraudulent AGW theory and data.
Legally, that’s all he needs to be held harmless. He won’t pay back a cent.
