What a shame they even have to consider passing laws to define their sovereignty, the Constitution, 9th and 10th Amendments already do that.

If your approach were followed and then applied to ALL areas where the feds sticks their noses, the feds would be so hugely outnumbered that they would either have to quit or have to declare martial law.

I am in Tennessee and the law doesn’t read as they say. NFA weapons are not in the state sovereignty law. I asked my representative what the state would do when the ATF inevitably decided that the state law meant nothing. She didn’t really have an answer. I’ll ask again.
