If the shoe fits..
I like Beck, but he’s basically crazy.
The GOP reminds me of The Three Stooges with hammers.
One of those third party loons I’m always hearing about.
Did Beck say hi to the Romster and exchange the mormon Kolob greeting? (it’s all so secret I cannot discuss it here.
As the song says “I’ve always been crazy but it’s kept me from going insane”. Beck may be crazy but he’s right.
The GOP does need to admit they screwed up, royally. It should probably start with Newt, followed by Juan and his boy Lindsey.
Perhaps ,”basically crazy” Ain’t Bad ?
I think he only does so he can claim he's "nonpartisan" in front of the FCC....
idiot....
pubs are stupid and nieve and a few are sinister, but they are patriots compared to any dim....
As opposed to others eating flesh and drinking blood?
If I hadn’t watched Glenn’s speech for myself, I would have no idea what he actually said.
The headline/title is completely misleading.
Fox example, the Title of Related Article on same page:
“Glenn Beck Wows Conservative Faithful with Chalkboard and Rhetoric”
1 hour, 36 minutes ago
Glenn Beck, the Fox News personality and chalkboard scrawling libertarian hero, gave the marquee speech Saturday night at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington.
Perhaps he’s a little crazy.
But you know what. Sometimes addicts and crazy people will only listen to another addict/crazy person. Maybe some of what he said will sink in to some of those fiscal conservative/socially liberal folks there.
Go Glenn!
I have. Heard it for...oh...over three decades now-- since Nixon. Heard older conservatives talk about Eisenhower and that lost opportunity. Understand lots of people liked his speech but the editorial "we" failed, "we" didn't do this, "we...we...we..." and not giving credit to those who stopped it from being a whole lot worse than it could have been grated.
Ya know Glenn...when Carter was in, Democrats had more of a majority in the House than Republicans had seats. They didn't leave voluntarily. People put a lot of effort into getting them out. Seems impossible today but Carter or Kennedy could have won in 1980. Conservatives stopped that Glenn. The Cold War ended because of that election. It could still be going on today or something worse could have happened.
He cannot seriously make a wholesale swipe and fault all Republicans in saying they’re equally as bad as the Democrats. He loses all credibility.
Sure the GOP has its fair share of RINOS and turncoats, but Beck cannot indict the entire GOP / all Republicans for what has happened; moreover put the GOP on par with the Democrats.
I’ve lost more respect for him, between his clownish antics and anti-Republican vitriol, it is becoming clear his objective is all about promoting himself.
Beck is from a Democrat family.
While spending his years uninformed while on booze
he then is indoctrinated in RonPaulBot propaganda.
Beck has no roots, knowledge or appreciation of Republicans.
Brilliant
Many afternoons Glenn Beck scares me. Some afternoons he drives me to drink. We’re all doomed I tell ya.
I am glad he has brought some heat on some of the czars and Obama appointments and caused the likes of Van Jones and the Mao lovin’ idiot lizard (whatever her name was) to resign.
I thought the speech was powerful, disruptive, and completely apropos considering the mess that Republicans have made of the party lately. I especially like the line where he said “One part likes to tax and spend, the other just likes to spend”.
Nailed it.
