To: Soul Seeker
Only about 2400 out of 10,000 in attendance voted. With some saying this is not an accurate representation.

This seems to beg the question:

Why if other candidates could be voted for, and were on the agenda, why did they fail to vote?

Either people who are almost cult like in devotion or people who are paid. Ron was the first and Romney is the second reason. Everyone else who participates follows their own conscience.

I have no idea what this means...

If the huge majority of people that did not vote, and have no interest, why did they even show up??

I agree. What a farce. If they care about CPAC, they should have voted.

They have no interest in a meainingless poll. They do have an interest in the speakers. That’s why they showed up.

Look, if you want people to take the poll seriously then CPAC will have to start enforcing some rules. They will have to require registration, check out their credentials, monitor various campaigns to ensure they aren’t paying off voters.

Until then forget it.
