If he did not have the means to carry out his so called threatening speech, them he should plead not guilty to all charges.

Fascists beating up on fascists.
In any other circumstances, I'd probably be delighted to see them taking each other out.
But this has far reaching ramifications for those who don't agree with the direction this Country is heading.
We're not racists. We're not even really "extremists". But we are the current Administrations enemies and we are NEXT on their list.

So let’s get this straight - It’s okay to threaten Bush in comedy shows, movies, books and so forth - But not okay to threaten Obama in a poem.
