Ryan Sorba, from the Young Americans for Freedom organizations California chapter, was booed off the stage tonight at CPAC, for deriding CPACs choice to have GOProud attend CPAC, even going so far as to say he condemns CPAC. Not the sort of thing one would say when invited to speak at the biggest gathering of Conservatives who look to CPAC for guidance and networking.

Now you're really starting to worry me, your posts make me feel like I'm arguing with someone on DU, they're now saying oh yes Sorba is really a closet gay, that's why he's so adamant against them. Oh yes homophobes are really afraid of gays because they fear they may be one, so why are you using those same talking points here on FR against me if you're a conservative?
Absolutely true.
And the percentages of homosexuals who perform unnatural sex is 100%. No doubt about it.
Haven't seen you post in a while.
Now, an answer for your question ~ aside from personal preferences, personal morality, personal angles of incidence, etc., we have to look at ELECTION RESULTS.
The problem is the voting public doesn't give a damned one way or the other what the Democrats are doing sexually ~ never have, never will. I think it's because the general public kind of looks at Democrats as being kind of low-class trash.
When it comes to Republicans and Conservatives, the general public simply doesn't approve of the page games of a Mark Foley or the wide stance on the public toilet of Senator Craig.
Because they don't approve of such acting out by Republicans, or the tolerance of it by Conservatives, they withhold their votes, or, sometimes they go and vote for the Democrats to teach us a lesson.
Well, the lesson has been taught ~ homosexual money or votes are OK, but positions of respect, honor, or power in the Conservative movement or the Republican party are out of bounds.
It's up to the homosexuals to turn the general voting public around on those questions, not us. Our job is to do a general beatdown on the Democrats in the elections, and then try to do an honest job governing.
If it were otherwise Craig would still be a senator and Foley would be in the sack with a couple of pages.
Answer - he’s not a conservative.
The stupid canard that “if you’re so opposed to the homosexual agenda/disgusted by what they do and promote, you must be one” is so lame and pathetic that I’m surprised they still trot it out.
This group is NOT conservative:
onyx just posted this on the other thread about CPAC, I cant format it nicely the way she did, though.

Legislative Priorities
GOProuds Conservative Agenda
The so-called gay agenda is defined by the left through a narrow prism of legislative goals. While hate crimes and employment protections may be worthy goals, there are many other important priorities that receive little attention from the gay community. GOProuds agenda emphasizes conservative and libertarian principles that will improve the daily lives of all Americans, but especially gay and lesbian Americans.
1 - TAX REFORM - Death tax repeal; domestic partner tax equity, and other changes to the tax code that will provide equity for gays and lesbians; cut in the capital gains and corporate tax rates to jump start our economy and create jobs; a fairer, flatter and substantially simpler tax code.
2 - HEALTHCARE REFORM - Free market healthcare reform. Legislation that will allow for the purchase of insurance across state lines - expanding access to domestic partner benefits; emphasizing individual ownership of healthcare insurance - such a shift would prevent discriminatory practices by an employer or the government.
3 - SOCIAL SECURITY REFORM - Bringing basic fairness to the Social Security system through the creation of inheritable personal savings accounts.
4 - DONT ASK, DONT TELL REPEAL - Repeal of the militarys Dont Ask, Dont Tell policy.
5 - HOLDING THE LINE ON SPENDING - Standing up for all tax payers against wasteful and unneccessary spending to protect future generations from the mounting federal debt.
6 - FIGHTING GLOBAL EXTREMISTS - Standing strong against radical regimes who seek to criminalize gays and lesbians.
7 - DEFENDING OUR CONSTITUTION - Opposing any anti-gay federal marriage amendment.
8 - ENCOURAGING COMMUNITY ENTREPRENEURSHIP - Package of free market reforms to encourage and support small businesses and entrepreneurship in the gay community.
9 - REVITALIZING OUR COMMUNITIES - A package of urban related reforms; expanding historic tax preservation credits; support for school choice.
10 - DEFENDING OUR COMMUNITY - Protecting 2nd amendment rights.
He’s asked for help. IBTZ?
That is a tactic used by the left and encouraged in Kirk and Madsen's book After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90's.
So those opposed to abortion secretly like it, those pushing for “gay” rights are closeted straights, etc.
Senseless and they know it. They only make these attacks to shut up people who don’t agree with them, without addressing any of very real arguments.
LOL! Say it ain't so little J! Okay fine, forget the foul disgusting sewer-ridden sex acts for now, tell me USA retired Pete, what is your position on DADT? Same-sex marriage? Same-sex adoption?
It’s a circus, isn’t it.
I’ve always hated clowns, though.
Wow.
It's too bad the issues can't be discussed in a civil manner. Calling us names and misrepresenting what we've said does nothing for the discussion and only makes the other side look ignorant. Or maybe that's all they have.
What really happens is that many normally Republican and/or Conservative voters and supporters think of homosexuality as personified "hate" of all that is "normal" and "right".
So when a homosexual shows up as an elected Republican official, or setting policy on a state committee, or managing a CPAC meeting, or taking any leadership role of any kind, they feel hated and don't show up at the polls.
Our business is to win elections and lead America to a prosperous and free future. If we have to purge the homosexuals from the ranks, that's just politics.
Live with it!
Indeed. And those who speak out against rape are closet rapists... and on and on their logic takes them.
When people can’t argue the facts, they resort to all the dirty ways of arguing.
And to top it all off, accuse the other side of what they are doing!
It sort of reminds me of a kid who torments and pokes his brother, and when the brother, who took it for a long time, finally gets riled up, the bothering kid complains - “He hit me!”
Compression fittings will definitely get you wondering eh!
They were hardly pushed into that sort of behavior by Conservatives.
Oops - I don’t know what they are, I’ve just seen people do that stuff.
I mean, the outie part goes into the innie part. Seems simple to me!
Not at all what I said. I’m talking about stereotypes. So just as it is categorically untrue that all Republicans are bigots and racists, one cannot assume that all in the gay community think, believe, or act in the same way either.
Try and imagine a group like GOProud at a conservative or Republican convention 25-30 years ago. They or their forerunners may have been present, but still in the 'closet'. I think CPAC needs punishment, the good old Amish kind: Shunning.
