In some video and photos of the burning building, you may see a series of small white structures to the north of the building.

That’s my church. It doesn’t appear that any burning debris reached their property.

Our church had a benefactor that owned all this land between 183, MoPac and 360 which he donated to them back in the 1970s. As the church needed money, rather than having stewardship drives, they gradually sold off the land to developers and that land was built into the Echelon office buildings, one of which was crashed into today.

I live not far from there but not close enough to witness anything first hand. Sure feels weird to see all of this on national as well as local television.

I went to Grace Covenant in the late 80s. We had Sunday School in unleased offices in Echelon...
