OK, a "CIA operative", or whatever, going against the Soviets, which is just about equally absurd and impossible to imagine. Dr Manning might just be trying to create some more publicity for himself (donations, etc), OR he is with the left and is deliberately trying to make theories about Obama ALL look foolish, which is a shame, because there is no doubt who and what he is. His first loyalty were toward communism then as they are today.
