This is pathetic rationale. Regardless of Obama’s eligibility, just because someone is trusted by the majority does not automatically liberate that someone from the constraints of law.

The absence of neutrality on this issue is bizarre.

Exactly. He's trying to make the argument that our government, our very Constitution (& laws), are built upon mob rule.

Well, seeing what's going on in this country since Mr. untouchable was selected, with the way our so called Congress has been acting...perhaps we really have devolved into mob rule.
