PHOENIX, ARIZONA. FEBRUARY 14, 2010. Presidents Day will be the day an almost-President will formally feel a hard charge from his right.
Conservative former Congressman and talk radio host J.D. Hayworth will announce his campaign for the U.S. Senate, a seat now held by the 24-year incumbent John McCain, at Hayworth's new campaign headquarters in Phoenix.
Republican stalwarts, Team Party patriots and a few surprises will be on hand.
The Hayworth campaign will also launch a Money Bomb on Monday too. Details about this online fundraising effort can be found at www.JDforSenate.com, which formally debuts with Hayworths announcement.

I wish all these moneybomb candidates took PayPal. I just don’t like having to go get my cards out and put the donations on a credit card. I know there is a charge but palpal makes it so easy!
Is it getting big play in Arizona>
Fox News is covering it.
I’m not sure.
Let's get him elected!
Retire Juan--he needs the rest after all these years of WORKING FOR THE DEMOCRAT PARTY!
Be still my heart
:)
You might be at the wrong site—I think it’s DU or Kos you want.

I know it's a little scary at first. But, I work in e-commerce and I can tell you - if you see the padlock image up in the url box, then you are safe and good to go. Hayworth's donation page is very simple and I filled it out in about 60 seconds. Please donate if ya can, we have got to get rid of McCain!
We need to support him so he does win.. either that or all the people who continually rail about “Juan” McCain need to shut up once and for all.... this is literally put up or shut up time....... BTW JD will be on Cavuto this afternoon.
#1) I just don't want to put things on a credit card when I can pay for them straight up!!!!
#2) And at times I don't want to get up to go find my wallett....ok? They should take paypal, imo.
I plan to drive to NEvada on March 27th to see Palin, I will not see her at a McCain rally.. nor will I attend one. In the meantime JD needs a LOT of money to defeat McCain so people who have railed against McCain for ever and ever need to put their money where their mouths have been. JD will be on Cavuto today.

:) My check is now in the mail!!! Of course, this being a holiday...
BTW JD will be on Cavuto this afternoon.
Thanks for the heads up! I like Cavuto.
At the State Meeting three weeks ago, before JD even announced, McCain was sitting there when JD walked in to the auditorium I was told the crowd starting chanting JD..JD...JD...JD.
Must have been very, very awkward for McCain.
...This senate seat does not belong to any one party or any one personality and it most certainly does not belong to the Washington establishment. It belongs to the people of Arizona, and they you will decide who occupies it for the next six years.
Ooh, shades of Scott Brown...only...Brown is doing robo-calls for McJuan. Interesting...
Thats why, if elected, I pledge that I will serve no more than two terms provided the people will have me even that long...So after two terms, Ill come home for good. This seat belongs to the people and there it shall be returned.
Very interesting. Another stark contrast to McCain.
To continue...
Let me make one other thing clear right up front. While John and I have, to put it mildly, out sized personalities, it is my intention to run this campaign on the issues. I have the utmost respect and admiration for what John McCain has given our country. But I do have serious and profound disagreements with John about the choices hes made as Senator.
Go, JD, go!
Thank you for your service, John McCain, but three decades in Washington is long enough."
"Three decades" is a little verbal gymnastics--I probably would have gone with the more accurate "almost a quarter of a century" Then, you get "century" and McCain in the same sentence. But, JD's quote has way more class than my, "Thank you for your service, John, now get out of the way. Please."
Bombs away!
Exactly. Even Dems are smart enough not to spend money fighting a Republican who votes with them anyway.
