I love Sarah...but Liz is pretty impressive.
She is a smart Gal.
I don’t know. I don’t know how she could support Juan. In my opinion a true conservative would walk away from McLame, and say I never knew you. How could any American say that open borders to our country is nothing but detrimental. I cant’ vote for Sarah, not now. I think the kind of leader we need is Jim DeMint. He has all the credentials that I’m looking for, as far as I know about him. We need to draft him into the Presidential race. Sarah, her connection to Juan is too chummy for me. She doesn’t see Juan like I see him. I don’t want a reach across the aisle Republican. Well, that’s not true, if the point of reaching across the aisle is to slap a liberal across the mouth, followed by a shut the hell up. No RINO’s! Not this next term.
Give me a break. Obama is a Marxist. McCain didn’t even go after him. A real capitalist conservative would’ve been all over him and squashed him flat.
I agree with you, we're still going to need a strong, articulate candidate to overcome what power still remains in the LSM.
I think this November and of course 2012 are going to be a couple of very intense elections, one's we have not witnessed in the past.
I just hope they don't turn violent considering who is going to be out there trying to manipulate them.
Agreed.
I dare say, learning a few things from 0b0z0’s book isn’t bad either. I always said that challenging the Dave Gregorys, Helen Thomases and the rest of the MSM was quite lacking, bordering on being afraid of them.
The 0b0z0 Administration is quite nasty in cutting off any media they don’t like. I’m not suggesting for a second that Sarah should be thin-skinned with a female chip on the shoulder, BUT it’s about time that our people start asking any media person:
“Where were you when ‘President’ Obama said or did so and so? Here is what he said or did... and I’m just following my former ‘President’, what do you OR your organization have to ANSWER to that? Don’t argue! NEXT!!”
We shouldn’t adjust our behavior according to the Communist, anti-American media, they should. They should learn the hard way or else, we don’t talk to the ones who don’t, PERIOD!
The MSM has to be taught, forcibly, or cut off. It’s their choice.
I’m not sold on Cheney either.
Her support of Senator McCain may be because he brought her to the national stage. She is now handling it rather well and has the left in fits of semi-rage, even though the dumb-asses are still in power and have been for years.
I agree. This may be the second most pivotal election in this country's history behind 1860.
In Alaska, we have a system that allows any nut-case to file ethics complaints against politicians, at no cost to the nut-case.
The accused has to pay for their own defense. Even if the complaint turns out to be frivolous, the legal bills will amount to $25,000.00, PER COMPLAINT!!
Sarah was the victim of about 25 of these complaints. That amounts to over $500,000.00. Through hard work, the Palins make a comfortable living. They, by no stretch of the imagination, were rich people. This would have bankrupted them. It was also taking so much of her time, she felt she was becoming ineffective and costing the State millions of dollars. By resigning the Governorship, she was able to write her book and using her new fame , make money making speeches.
It also freed her up to defend herself in public against her accusers.
So, if you don't like Sarah Palin, or you think someone else could do a better job, say so. But, don't go around repeating the Dem talking points by calling her a quitter.
Personally, I think it's time to get someone in there who can use common sense in running this country, someone who worries about US interests, not someone who appears to be on course to lead us into a one-world govt. We've done alright for over 200 years with our Constitution. We don't need any foriegn leaders to tell us what is good for us. Commmon sense and Patriotism, Sarah Palin fits the bill.
I disagree. This may have been our best chance to dump McCain, and she became an enabler.
Yes she has.
Read her Facebook postings, WSJ Op-Eds, Washington Post Op-Eds, etc etc. She has mapped out excatly what her positions are on the current hot button policy issues.
If you are going to go about throwing bombs, at least make the effort to do some research first will you?

Okay...Jim DeMint
I was pretty disappointed to see her support McCain. But I’ve since realized we shouldn’t be misled by our emotional response to this. Here’s a logical analysis.
There are two separate and independent possibilities:
1) she supported him out of loyalty
2) she supported him on policy
The first is entirely possible and in fact as good as certain, given her known position on issues. And it is something she can do that has zero affect on her policies or performance as president.
Liz is awesome. Bright, tough and tenacious.
The popular vote was 53% to 46%. That's not even close. While Palin helped, (and I don't think anyone expected how much she actually would) it still wasn't nearly enough.
I'm an admirer of hers - she's the embodiment to me of how the United States might still be a place where anyone can grow up to be President. But I'm still puzzled about her resignation as governor, because that's where you accumulate the experience points. Maybe popular wisdom nowadays says that the way to increase your credibility with the voting public is to be a TV personality. I sure hope that's not the case.
Sarah Palin talks the good stuff but she is weak and cannot stand up to her opponents in the real world except of course by fighting them in WORDS, same as Obama does. Words, words, words, talk, talk, talk, talk. We do not need talkers anymore.
Liz *is* impressive and she’s also keenly aware that she’s never held elected office and she’s not about to start her career in public service by running for the top spot. I think she’ll serve as a top advisor to a candidate of her choice, and I hope her candidate is Sarah, provided Sarah decides to run.
Yep, November alone is going to be quite telling in ragards to the direction this country is headed, it's the high potential for cheating that bothers me.
May the Good Lord continue to bless our Country!
