Tennessee has joined several other states in trying to pass a Health Care Freedom Act. NO COLAs for granny, retired Military or retired fed employees for 2-3 years. BIG NEW fees for Tricare for Life retired over 65 Military's secondary health ins. (DOD bill already passed, delayed but goes into effect 2011)

Hospital caused infections are not rare. When one thinks about it that is the place with the highest % of infectious bugs in it, but sloppy nursing (don't jump on my I was one and saw lots of other nurses work in changing dressings)and bad hand washing technique....There is even a word for it (if I can still spell it correctly) Nosocomal infections..

Or maybe his doctor or nurse just didn't like him, he was a nasty old SOB. (just kidding)

Murtha was a corrupt, big-government Democrat who lied about US war crimes.
