This is retarded.
I'm really starting to not like this type of hypersensitivity coming from our side. We should not seek to emulate the left in this regard. Sometimes a joke should just be left as a joke.

I always had thought Wallace had a thing for dark movie theaters frequented by only men. Guess I was wrong.

This hypersensitivity coming from so called conservatives is really disappointing. I thought we were the party of the stiff upper lip.

I agree with Jeri.
Chris should apologize and simply admit that his “joke” was bad, and that he only meant to convey that he finds Palin to be an attractive woman. If I was him I’d do it fast. For one thing, Todd Palin might look him up and punch him in the face.

I have to admit, the stupid adolescent (mostly male) humor on Fox is just something I put up with because the alternative networks are far worse. But, I would love to have a grown up/conservative news station. However, Wallace’s comment was pretty mild. He also seemed a little sheepish about it.

It's inappropriate. Try that with a liberal ... oh, wait ... nevermind.

I was shocked to hear that Chris Wallace said this to Don Imus.
I didn't know Don Imus was still alive.
Ba da boom. But, seriously, folks...

I'm not offended by any
sexism in the joke.
It bothers me because she is a happily-married mother of five, and Wallace knows it.
He ought to apologize for such a seedy, greasy sense of humor.

It seems his comment was just an off hand remark at the end of a show.
THE QUESTION was inappropriate (but then what can you expect from given the source ... what a doofus).
Chris will probably apologize and Palin will probably accept and that’ll be it.

This kind of PC overreaction is what the sissy libs do. Not conservatives. Reminds me of:
Rush's reaction to the Rahm retard stuff.
This Chris Wallace "lap" stuff was started by IMUS. Wallace just tried to respond to IMUS in a funny way. I thought he did.
Um, Jeri try the decaf.

I saw the interview and the entire segment was harmless......In fact, I find Chris Wallace one of the best guys on FOX who not only knows how to conduct a professional interview but also has a sense of humor........

I guess I wasn't paying attention 'cause I missed this little "joke" but I did notice that Wallace tried two or three times to do some gotcha questions, and once tried to do a hit and run negative comment but she wouldn't let him. She owned him entirely.
It's at least possible that Chris Wallace learned today first-hand that Sarah is not the dumb simpleton she is described as in the media circles he inhabits.
GO SARAH!

Chris was just responding to Imus being a ass making a joke. But one of the things I hate about dems is how they take everything so serious. Lighten up a joke is a joke. I love fred and jerri but I hope people can learn to just laugh.

She’s all wee wee-ed up and wants some attention.

Chris Wallace stopped appearing on the Howie Carr radio show after Carr used Wallace’s comments about having a ‘man-crush’ on Mitt Romney in his lead-ins.
