It’s not socialism, it’s called FRANCHISES. The NFL, like other leagues, and McDonalds is a FRANCHISE system, all the teams are part of a whole.
And there’s actually large portions of revenue that don’t get shared, home teams keeps most of the gate money, merchandise money goes primarily to the logo owner, radio money is largely unshared. The TV money is big, but it ain’t the whole pot by any means.
