yeah just sayin...i think the guy felt “forced” to say “the speech sucked” cause that’s the role he was hired for, but he kept breaking in with how much he appreciated the substance and how she was saying a lot of stuff that struck a chord with him.

can’t stand him much anymore .. I think he’s quite the slickmeister .. laying on all the gooey American apple pie stuff on his show, for which he’s been given the grandest exposure possible, but he just looked at probably his biggest competition. He can’t hide or sugarcoat his inner defensiveness and subtle criticism.
And that’s one thing: fear.

This was her night and Huckleberry-pie should have been man enough to praise her and give the night to her. It would have played a whole lot better, but no, he let his jealousy take hold.

I'm with you. I was starting to like him, but I am quickly growing tired of his down-home, aw shucks, "You want ME for president?" huckleberry pie demeanor. He uses his show to showcase himself and that's fine, and I don't have to watch it.
