I understand that you’re trying to plug your blog. I’ve kept up with the issue well enough that I’m comfortable not bothering.

The intricacies of the issue are less important than the fact that its DEAD. Like Capone — there is more than one way to nail Obama (he may very well cook his own goose with his incompetence). Right or wrong, this issue hasn’t gained any traction except in very limited (and sometime very fringe) circles ... so move on to something more effective.

What you don’t seem to understand is that this issue needs to be discussed to keep it from happening again, assuming there is another chance to elect a President. If he gets away with **anything** it makes it that much easier for someone else to do it again, or even worse. You may think it is a dead issue, but since O himself brought it up yesterday at the National Prayer Breakfast, evidently he does not think it is dead!

So you know that Fukino illegally hid the Administrative Rules?

You know that any secretary of state should have been able to get a copy of Obama’s original birth certificate if they asked?

You know that the DOH has confirmed that his birth certificate is amended and that Factcheck and Fight the Smears are both thus forgeries?

You know that the amendment he made renders his documentation at the DOH insufficient for prima facie evidence?

You know that it is almost certain that he was not born in a Hawaii hospital?

You know that Fukino’s statement on July 27 was illegal and that the wording actually indicates that he amended his place of birth?

You know that every Hawaii and law enforcement official I contacted denied that they have either the responsibility or the authority to report known forgery - including the FBI, US attorneys’ offices, every member of Hawaii’s House and Senate, Hawaii governor, Hawaii lt governor, Hawaii Department of Health, Office of Information Practices, and Hawaii Ombudsman’s office? The Ombudsman’s Office particularly said they could not investigate or report BECAUSE THERE ARE CRIMES INVOLVED.

DEAD, wishful thinking. It seems that you have removed the "blinders" from your horse and put them on yourself, or turned into an Ostrich with the head in the sand!

This issue is very well alive and will NOT go away. It is gaining more traction every day, and YOU, the SRM and the so-called "Conservative"(?) talking heads are doing their very best trying to sweep it under the rug!!

It is spreading to Congresses, national and states, and is spreading widely at Tea Parties as well. It's time for you to wake up and smell the coffee, Doc!!!
