I would think it would.
The Hawaii Democratic Party wouldn’t certify that Obama is Constitutionally eligible to be president - most probably because their usual attorney, William H. Gilardy, was Ann Dunham’s attorney for the Soetoro divorce and may have seen Obama’s birth certificate - and for him to urge anybody to sign a statement that he knows is false would make him basically guilty of perjury himself.
So they had the DNC certify Obama’s eligibility. But that’s just crazy because, if I understand correctly, Joe Sandler was both the DNC’s and Obama’s attorney for the eligibility lawsuits. So I’m sure he is aware of Obama’s eligibility problem, as was whichever lawyer it was who made the threats to the media heads. If I’m remembering correctly, I thought it was Anita Dunn’s husband - the one who was promoted not too long ago - Bauer? who made the threats.
They all know exactly what they’re doing and they’re all guilty as sin. Allegedly. lol. (Don’t want FR to get sued for libel or anything.)
