Whoa Nelly.

Who was it pushing the crap sandwich called TARP when Americans were screaming at the top of their lungs to sh*tcan it? Answer: it included Boehner/Cantor/McConnell

Who was it that tried to push Amnesty down America's throat? Just the dems?

Who was it that hasn't lifted one finger in 25 years to kill off ANY federal department, agency, or bureaucracy? Just the Dems?

Who was it that helped pass on a dumb as a brick, leftist "wise latina" to the SCOTUS for life.

Who was it that spent so much damn money and couldn't articulate a reason for existing that the American people elected democrats to replace them in Congress?

Who was it, tooth fairies, that decided to support and nominate a walking RINO cadaver for the GOP ticket?

Boehner once again proves that he has the IQ of a Pop-Tart.

There really is no difference between what Republicans believe in and what the tea party activists believe in,”

I can think of plenty of differences.
Does the name “Scozzafava” ring a bell, Mister Boehner?

Add to that:
Have the Republicans cut back on state and federal worker pensions?

Have the Republicans cut back on welfare and gone after welfare fraud?

Tea Party: Constituional rhetoric ——> direct action without compromise.

Republicans: Constitutional rhetoric ——> generally compromise with Democrats.

Conclusion: If you were offered you a strawberry sundae with just a little bit of dog sh*t in it, would you take a nice big spoonful?

This is what some do not understand at all about the republican party. By nature it's conservative. Boehner is correct. What you are referring to is a person or persons, not a platform. You people better understand this is about voting and electing people who are steadfast in advancing the conservative agenda, not some bozo moderate who understands what it is, but is too cowardly to make real progress.

The tea party doesn't have a corner market on the conservative agenda, because it's born out of the conservative republican side.

Technically, he's right - Republicans are supposed to be conservative, according to the platform.

The problem is there are a lot of elected Republicans who don't even pretend to be conservative, and a lot who do pretend to be conservative, and a minority who actually are conservative.

Boehner is 100% right.

There is no difference between what the Tea Party believes and what the Republican party say they believe.

But when the rubber hits the road and it’s time to push conservativsm, negotiate a bill and vote...that’s where we Tea Partiers often part ways with Boehner.

WELL SAID Pissant... well said...

Leaders of the establishment Republican Party are trying to co-opt the Tea Party movement... just try to sound like the real people... don’t be like them - just sound like them..

There is hope that the aloof, elitist Republican Establishment will at least by osmosis - finally get it... but it is only a ‘maybe’...

Now wait a minute everyone perhaps we have a chance to be heard? Afterall it was here and other places where we spoke up asking why Brown wasn't seated already and *bling* he's seated today.A week late but better than next week! Perhaps they are finally listening to us? I'm very upset from their past actions but am willing to work with them if they listen to me now.I want all bills that increase the size of the debt/budget/government blocked from here on.Own the "party of no" label, fight it by using *if party of no means....fill it in with why you are against something....talk to the people.Rail against the mamouth size of the government!

Shameless attempt by an obsolete 1900's politician to co-opt a true grass roots movement. Pathetic fail. Nobody is fooled. We got fooled to our fill by the last twenty years of GOP fecklessness and corruption. Tell ya what John--go tell it to Newt and GW. We got better things to do. Oh, and good luck on your next career, whatever it is.

If one looks at the record from 1988-2008, none of the Republican Presidential candidates were/are conservative. NONE.
