In order for community activists to succeed in radically changing our country, they need an overwhelming number of ignorant, dependent, dummies, and they have chosen the black community to fulfill that need. The black community and its leadership have chosen to go along with this, even if it is to their ultimate disadvantage. This has been going on for decades, and is only now becoming the norm. Check out the politics of education in the city of Washington, DC: fighting vouchers tooth and nail, etc.

I suppose “below passing” is the politically correct term for FAILING. Mustn’t hurt the little savage’s self esteem.
We need to continue to treat minorities with kid gloves and not expect so much of them so they can grow up to be worthless to society.

As long as the government provides a “free” education there are some parents that won’t care if their child is educated. The parent doesn’t have anything invested so they don’t push their students to learn. If it cost the parent something, they will make sure that their child is getting the most out of it.
Not until teachers begin to force THEIR union and THEIR administrators and THEIR School Boards and THEIR elected officials to fight for what they need will the situation change.
Until teachers stand up for real change (not raises or fewer hours or more TAs or less restrictive success criteria) they will continue down the slippery slope created for them by the educational intelligentsia.

The public schools purpose in middle and lower middle class neighborhoods is not to provide education.
The purpose is to ethnically cleanse the neighborhood.

Racist, liberal social policies are perpetuating the plantation mentality and isolation of the black subculture. The only difference is instead of picking cotton they are being channeled into supporting political rather than economic objectives. Either way, it’s wanton exploitation.

Public education is the largest socialist organization in the United States. Why is anyone surprised that government schools are miserable failures? Oh, btw, socialism is not reformable. Government schools are also proof of that, they’ve been undergoing reform since the 1950’s.
There are some people who cannot be helped. Just keep them off the streets between 9 and 3. Society will be better off because of it. End of story.

Appaling state of affairs. And guaranteed to get worse. Zero is offering high school credit to students who join the Organizing for America class. Gosh, I wonder what they learn in that class???
