I think Sarah had too much class to turn McLame down, and she might do Hayworth a great favor by giving only perfuctory support to McClame and thereby “damn him with faint praise”
I hope you're right.
I really really hope you're right.
Exactly. Think of the Clintons stumping for Obama. Pretty much the same here. More obligation than support of policy. I’ll bet Sarah will say the usual, ‘hero, serves America’ line, but will avoid any endorsement of specific policy.
JD Hayworth was on the Chrissy Tingly Matthews show. From what I read, he said that he understands why Sarah is supporting McCain, but will always welcome her if she decides to back him. McCain should do the classy thing and drop out of the race, that way Sarah can endorse Hayworth(Who I bet she really wanted to endorse from the beginning, but felt compelled to support McCain) McCain, if your listening, do the right thing, drop out and let a TRUE Conservative win Arizona

Agree. Or simply pull out of the primary appearances, saying McCain has been good to me, but I will support the winner in Sept.

The premise that McCain did Palin any favors needs to be discussed. As far as I’m concerned, it was Palin and her family that made the greatest sacrifice to help McCain in his pursuit for POTUS.
Her work is done.
