This should be on every thread! It is very exciting...but I’ve not heard anything on the national news yet about this..and it should be a big story!!
I’d like to see more details about this...I know Pa. has something in the works to excempt our state...it began last year but have heard no more about. Also there are other states planning. But to actually see that Virginia did this is absolutely grand.
