There are a lot of “firsts” with this bill. It’s going down, FRiend. Just as soon as we have a sane president in 2013, the ink won’t dry before she signs it.
One concern of mine is the possibility of losing a conservative SCOTUS judge and our current 5-4 advantage before they rule on this case. Considering the Alinsky communist in the White House, I would not be surprised if one of these heroes would “travel to Ft Marcy Park”.
