I heard each state has to find their particular law they have and how it relates to the provisions in the CON Bill, 7 that’s the basis of their suits, can you explain Soldier?
That question is beyond my knowledge. I do know that 12 states are planning to file suit against the ObozoCare bill on the grounds that the Feds requirement to purchase a private product violates the Constitution. Stay tuned. This ain’t done yet.
