The Patriot Manifesto
It is way past time that we recognize the dangers the radical left poses to our continued viability as a nation. If we are to have any chance of saving this country, we must confront and tackle the difficult issues immediately at hand. The first step of course is to replace Congress with substantial majorities of dedicated conservative patriots this fall.
It is not enough however, to merely throw the bums out. We must recognize that radical leftist politicians are but the tip of the iceberg and represent a domestic political movement deeply entrenched throughout our institutions that is dedicated to the destruction of our country. This movement, this ideology and its practitioners must be identified, confronted and stopped in their tracks.

Perfect Paulie the Mascot for the States that Say "No" To Health Care CON Reform
PART II
» Virginias attorney general will enjoy more support when he takes on the federal government over mandatory health care.
PERSPECTIVE: Cuccinelli now has a legitimate argument
Jefferson City -- Missouri Republican lawmakers and Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder vow to oppose President Obama's health insurance reform with a lawsuit and by changing the state constitution.
Kinder seeks to join 13 attorneys general in lawsuit
Props to Gov. Sonny Perdue, He's working around his AG!!!
Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker, a Democrat, has refused to file an anti-health care mandate lawsuit, and called other AGs decisions to do so political gamesmanship. Undaunted and, of course, very concerned about the rule of law Gov. Sonny Perdue (R-Ga.) is appointing a special attorney general to sue the federal government anyway.
Georgia Governor Will Appoint Special Attorney General to Sue Over Health Care
ATLANTA (AP) -- Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue is butting heads with the state's top lawyer, threatening to ''go it alone'' and sue the federal government over a new federal health care law.
Ga. AG Says 'No' to Lawsuit Against Health Care
Attorney General Cox (MI) backs health-care challenge
Be wary---Dem opinion As Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum continues to prepare his lawsuit against the U.S. government over the health care law; a provision buried in the bill is raising questions about whether the state lawsuits have any merit before they even get to the courtroom.
The only catch to the amendment is that if a state opts-out or the plan, it must set up its own health care system that meets the coverage requirements in the bill. However, the state system can choose to include or not to include an individual mandate; or the state system could choose to include a public option, unlike the federal system.

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS TODAY?!!!
President Barack Obama is one of the worst presidents ever in terms of respecting constitutional limitations on government, and the states suing the federal government over healthcare reform "have a pretty strong case" and are likely to prevail, according to author and judicial analyst Andrew P. Napolitano.
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV's Ashley Martella, Napolitano says the president's healthcare reforms amount to "commandeering" the state legislatures for federal purposes, which the Supreme Court has forbidden as unconstitutional.
"The Constitution does not authorize the Congress to regulate the state governments," Napolitano says. "Nevertheless, in this piece of legislation, the Congress has told the state governments that they must modify their regulation of certain areas of healthcare, they must surrender their regulation of other areas of healthcare, and they must spend state taxpayer-generated dollars in a way that the Congress wants it done.

This is gettin’ good FRiends!!!
AP: Say, guess what we just found in ObamaCare!
Congress passed the bill without knowing what was in it. Barack Obama signed it without reading it. Now it looks as though the Associated Press reported on ObamaCare without comprehending its content. Readers will have to scroll far down to discover that the elimination of a key tax break that kept retirees on company prescription-medication plans will mean dumping millions of seniors onto Medicare and that the AP ignored it until now:

Napolitano says not until 2018 for a ruling from SCOTUS.
WTH?
To: JustPiper
For those who oppose healthcare, the Fox legal expert says, the bad news is that many of the legal challenges to healthcare reform will have to wait until 2014, when the changes become fully operational.Until then, there would be no legal case that individuals had been actually harmed by the law. Moreover, Napolitano says it takes an average of four years for a case to work its way through the various federal courts the final hearing that's expected to come before the Supreme Court.
"You're talking about 2018, which is eight years from now, before it is likely the Supreme Court will hear this," he says.
So none of us have *standing*, yet. Gee, where have I heard that before???? By the time he projects SCOTUS hears this we'll all be 8 years poorer...or worse.

Napolitano: Supreme Court to Strike Down Obamacare The Constitution is on our side; as will be the Surpreme Court - we 'might' safely assume - but how long will this take to arrive at 'Surpreme' level? Fast track or slow. . .could make a huge difference in ruling, no?
