This seems very likely. He is out there right this minute saying "I'm ok, you can't hurt me, I'm right and you're wrong, nyah nyah nyah..." but he can't say a single new word or offer a single new idea.

I liked it better when Presidents were treated more like children, namely Presidents should be seen but not heard.
He still does not understand the nature of his job or the inherent common sense of Americans who may have taken their liberty for granted once, but not now, when they sense it is threatened by politicians who wish to bypass their Constitution in order to accumulate power unto themselves.
He declares three times, "This is not about me. . . ," all the while he is trying to defend his policies, not their liberty. The sad thing is, the people are applauding!
