Reid, Pelosi, and Obama have their senses. They just have a different “sense” than you and I have. They are liberals; they aren't suddenly going to stop being liberals because they lost MA. I hope Scott Brown realizes this when he goes to DC and tries to “compromise” as a “Scott Brown Republican” with the Dem leadership.

Reid, Pelosi and Obama only have 3 choices. 1) Kill the bill 2) The House passes the Senate version which would include the Cornhusker kickback but excluding the union deal since it wasn't negotiated and passed by the Senate 3) Go with reconciliation but the bill would expire in 5 years, 1 year before any so-called benefits kick in and there would be no amendments.

Oh I’m not for spector at all..but I have not heard much Of Toomey...here in Demo country...outside Pittsburgh..they don’t talk much except Spector and Rendell..

Howerver, up to me to investigate Toomey further..I knew he was more conservative so that’s a plus. Thanks for your imput.I’ll check more on Toomey. Am new to Pa. politics.

Obama/Reid/Pelosi are proving the point of what some of us have been pointing out that the three don’t care what happens to their members as they want to get their socialists agenda passed at any costs.

Mark Levin had Michelle Bachmann on his radio program yesterday... she said that Nancy Pelosi lives in a bubble... she is in WDC which is very different from the rest of the nation... and then she goes back home to San Fran--which is very different from the rest of the nation... other congressmen leave WDC to go back home to "normal" parts of the nation where regular folks live, and they have to answer to those regular folks... not Nancy... i gathered that she bullies, bullies, bullies because she has no consequences... but no so for her congress members... and, i believe, they are starting to feel it... they don't have that same bubble of protection that Nancy has...

One thing that you have to understand is that this health care reform bill is not intended to reform health care as its primary intent. The primary reason for passing this is to start collecting more money into the federal coffers. We are bankrupt. And what I think they plan on doing is what they have done to Social Security receipts. They take the money and spend it, and in its place leave a big fat IOU from the Fed Gov. They will confiscate $$billions in the first 4 years and will blow every dime of it on crap.
