For years we only had the Beretta. Then came Clinton. I added an NRA membership and 2 more guns. Then came Obama and I joined the NRA for 5 more years and added 3 more guns. Got enough ammo for a small army. My husband might be a little bit sorry he showed me how to shoot. It’s cost him a lot of money.

But I can take care of myself and my home when he’s not here. There’s really nothing better than a couple watchdogs (ours are dobermans) and a small armory, to make a gal feel safe out here in the country.

For Valentine’s Day, I’d say a romantic gift is a new gun and lessons at an NRA approved range.

A gal after my own heart (and a lot of other guys, I'll bet). My wife would heartily agree with what you just said.

She's had a nice S&W .40 cal on layaway for a while. Think I'll pop down to the store and get it out as a surprise for Valentine's Day.
