A new InsiderAdvantage poll conducted exclusively for POLITICO shows Republican Scott Brown surging to a nine-point advantage over Martha Coakley a day before Massachusetts voters trek to the ballot box to choose a new senator.
According to the survey conducted Sunday evening, Brown leads the Democratic attorney general 52 percent to 43 percent.
"I actually think the bottom is falling out," said InsiderAdvantage CEO Matt Towery, referring to Coakley's fall in the polls over the last ten days. "I think that this candidate is in freefall. Clearly this race is imploding for her."
The numbers show males and independents overwhelmingly breaking for Brown, who has married his GQ looks with a populist tone in a pick-up truck on the campaign trail.
Brown holds a 15-point lead among males and crushes Coakley by 41 points among self-described independents, a group that's been steadily inching away from the Democratic party over the last year due to growing apprehension with government spending, bailouts and health care reform.
"Men are not going to vote for Coakley at all. You have a very angry male voter who's repudiating whatever is being said in Washington and they're taking it out on this woman. And independents are clearly going to the Republican in droves.

“Dewey Beats Truman”
I Wanna believe, but ACORN probably has 150% of registered voters already cast.
Male-bashing propaganda by Pravda on the Potomac.
and they are already starting with the “angry white males” excuse
I don’t trust any of this stuff - the ‘rats still have a lot of dirty tricks in their little paws.
What’s the weather forecast for Mass tomorrow? I heard earlier that it might snow. Might play havoc with the final results relative to the predicted results.
Taken Sunday evening, so after Bambi’s brilliant truck-bashing comments? hahahaha Evil “Big Truck” is winning!
Anyone willing to throw a bucket of water on this witch
so can watch as melt into puddle of goo....
The poll I saw on absentee ballots showed Brown winning by 12%. About 10% of expected turnout voter absentee
That coincides with the results of my tally from the phone calls I’ve made for Brown since last Monday. My results have him winning in a landslide if they are accurate. Additionally Intrade has Brown at 71 and Coakley at 27.
Methods:
1. Hold precincts where you can cheat back until you know how many votes you have to manufacture.
2. If that fails demand recount.
3. If that fails, keep recounting until your candidate is ahead, declare the election over.
I don't think this is a strategy for stealing the election. I think it's a CYA for what they know is coming. These types of stories are more likely to depress Coakley turnout than Brown, making stealing less likely.
That said, VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That "other guy," as I understand it, would've been Zogby. He regularly has those two on together.
Zogby prides himself on being a contrarian more than he on being right. His mis-calling of races over the years, nearly always pro-Democratic, have been spectacular.
I just saw dipstick Chris Mathews say, something is going on in America, anbd I wanted to say to him. Yes,it is dipstick and you are on the wrong side of it.
“”Men are not going to vote for Coakley at all. You have a very angry male voter who’s repudiating whatever is being said in Washington and they’re taking it out on this woman.”
Those nassssty males. Always angry at stupid little things like the Government taking over their lives and “taking it out” on good public servants like Martha Coakley - that charming and intelligent representative of all that’s good in American society the left, of course, who merely want to continue to fix all is wrong with the world by killing babies, controlling what people eat, buy and think, and throwing their full fledged support to people who want to kill us... because we DESERVE it, dammit.
/sarc (needless to say).
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow, and hope this wave of positive stories doesn’t make anyone in Massachusetts too lazy to vote... and keep a close eye on the RAT’S behavior tomorrow, in case they decide to vote as-usual (that is, cheat) in order to pull out a victory for their RAT candidate... at any cost.
