This is the first time I've seen this, and I'm on FR most of my free time.
FR moves like the wind, and articles quickly advance off the front page. Unless you're a retired news junkie who can sit and read FR all day long, you're going to miss some important stories.
I have no problem with important articles being posted multiple times.
