Port-au-Prince is a natural harbor. It is barely 100 miles from Guantanamo, where the US has a well-known military presence and logistical capabilities.

yea it will hurt anyone who brings over 100,000 to 200,000 to my state too.
they should not be coming here to change this state forever and we cannot afford them but of course the white house will try and get them here so the state will be forever blue.
we are not responsible for Haiti as bad as it is.
we can help them in logistics etc but not bring them here and they should stay where they can help to rebuild THEIR country
for this I am not blaming obama no matter how many times the media has a Haitian saying they are not getting enough from us , I will blame him however if he brings them here.
They are already on the scene and have sent countless helicopters full of supplies to the disaster site.
