Schilling had the bloody sock in Game 6 of the ALCS against the Yankees. I can’t stand either team (Mariner fan here in the NW), but even I know that the bloody sock was against the Yanks and at Yankee Stadium!

No, you were correct the first time: the Bloody Sock Game was in the ALCS against the Yankees (it was part of the comeback from down 3-0 in the best-of-seven series).
