On the talk radio show, "Nightside With Dan Rea," Coakley labels Rudy Giuliani as a Yankee fan, then goes on to bizarrely describe Brown supporter Curt Schilling, the great former Red Sox pitcher, as a Yankee fan as well.

I know less than nothing about sports. I was just never interested in it.
However, even a bum like me knows that this was a big boo-boo.
The scene from the begining of Speilberg’s War of the Worlds told me that.
Schilling had the bloody sock in Game 6 of the ALCS against the Yankees. I can’t stand either team (Mariner fan here in the NW), but even I know that the bloody sock was against the Yanks and at Yankee Stadium!

Maybe next she’ll say that Larry Bird was a Laker’s fan.

She's done more than insult y'all. Coakley was the DA who used the line that "4 year olds came to us insisting that we prosecute" alleged sex offenders at day care facilities.
Like Janet (Burn Waco, Burn!) Reno, they both used the "testimony" of 4 year old children in court to convict innocent people of sex crimes.
Janet Reno, Coakley, and others of that feminazi generation will and have used the most obscene subterfuge to put innocent citizens into jail...all to boost their own careers.

there are only 3 plausible possibilities here:
1) she really does *want* to self-sabotage on some unconcious or semi-conscious level;
2) she really does WANT to self-sabotage on a perfectly conscious level, and this is her way of escaping;
3) she really is the stooopidest %#%#%#%#%%# in the history of the world...... I mean you don’t have to be a sports fan or even a Mass. resident to know you just DON’T muck around like this with Boston sports if you want to be popular in Mass.!! Maybe this nonsense appeals on some level to her fellow snot-headed uptight anal-retentive academic and lawyerly types, but it certainly won’t exactly “humanize” her with a large majority of Mass. voters.
I sure do hope that Schilling comes out with some witty public reply that just shreds anything that’s left of her campaign hopes!!
Schilling should say “I’d rather bleed into my socks EVERY day off my life than ever see the d——d Yankees win!!!”
