AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and hes not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (thats Rush, for those in Rio Linda),the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! Americas anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A Real Man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander in Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to dothats host. Get ready to what you were born to dothats listen (and post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread).
Nice.
They like the accent? lol.
Frum: Some questions about the administrations bank tax plan.
Does the administration seriously think this tax is a good idea or is it all political positioning? The flow of comments from the administration on record and on background strongly suggest the latter.

Same here in WV. When I was commuting down here looking for a place, I was walking down Main St. early one morning. Had my NYC blinders on and was striding purposefully to a coffee shop for breakfast. A woman coming from the opposite direction smiled and said "Good Morning." I had a "hummina-hummina" moment before I could return her greeting. I just wasn't ready for it LOL!
sorry to break the news to you
;)
A bomb exploded near a small convoy of vehicles belonging to Israel’s embassy in Jordan on Thursday afternoon. No one was hurt in the incident, which occurred some 20 kilometers from the border crossing at Allenby Bridge, and the vehicles continued on to Amman.
Israel’s ambassador in Jordan, Yaakov Rosen (standing), shakes hands with Omar Nadif, Jordan’s deputy ambassador in Israel.
The Foreign Ministry received a briefing on the blast. According to several reports, the ambassador was not traveling in any of the vehicles.
Two Jordanian security sources said the attack targeted a top Israeli diplomat in Jordan. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media.
The spokeswoman at the Israeli Embassy in Amman, Merav Horsendi, confirmed that there was a blast next to a convoy carrying embassy employees.
“All I can say now is that everyone is fine,” she said.
The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) was cooperating with Jordanian security authorities to investigate the explosion.
Channel 2 reported that after the explosion, the convoy entered a Jordanian army base and soldiers searched the area.
Due to the high threat in Jordan, embassy employees were put on a 24-hour lock-down, and are not allowed to leave the embassy premises without large security details.
The embassy in Amman is one of the most highly guarded Israeli embassies in the world.
Israeli security services overseas have been on high alert ahead of the second anniversary of the assassination of Hizbullah terror mastermind Imad Mughniyeh in February 2007 in Damascus.
A number of attempts by Hizbullah to avenge Mughniyeh’s death have been thwarted, including a plot to bomb Israel’s Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan last year.
As report recently in The Jerusalem Post, the defense establishment is concerned that Hizbullah would make an effort to strike an Israeli target ahead of the anniversary of Mughniyeh’s death.
They get a kick out of it, generally.
There’s a waitress here that loves to hear me say the word “coffee”.
You think yer gutters and icicles are bad???
You should see mine......from one side to the other!!
That was a horrible call from ‘Anonymous in Missouri’.
Sheesh, people need to get their money numbers straight before being on a nationally-syndicated radio show!!
Heard not had.
Starting late as the weather station wireless dial-up passwords were deleted and I can’t find the sheet to get the passwords.
So, I’m on a Pentium 90 desktop running Windows 98 and working at 15k baud.
Like going back in time to 1998...LOL!!! Oops, there went the audio feed! I may or may not be participating in the Rush/Sean TGO threads for the rest of the week until I get the passwords from the guy who controls such things at the weekend.
So, I may see you or I won’t...we’ll see.
I’ll FReep as much as I can but FReeping AND listening to the shows is a bit much to hope for.
Heh, heh. One of the first things I had to buy when I moved here was a pair of moccasins. I normally wore lace up shoes, but with no cement around, I needed to take my shoes off when I came in and laces became too much of a bother. Now, only my dress shoes and my 'good' sneakers have laces. LOL!
Warmer pong.
That sucks.
