Sheesh, I was listening to FNS while I was on the exercise bike at the gym and my heart rate went up significantly when Juan started spewing forth.... he gets dumber each week, at least Brit Hume used to slap him down from time-to-time on his weekday show and on the FNS panel, when Brit was a regular, but in lieu of that smackdown he keeps getting worse and worse.

We are better off if a Dem beats McCain in Az. assuming JD loses in the primary.

Apparently some Freepers still have not learned anything from the last 3 year.

Some Freepers ran around here telling us all how "better a Conservative Democrat then a RINO" during the 2006 and 2008 elections. Now every single one of those "Conservative" Democrats is voting to nationalize the US Health Care system, every single RINO is voting against it. You do not just voting for the candidate with the best rhetoric, you are also voting for who controls what bills get to the floor of the Congress. Any Conservative is better then McCain any Democrat is worse then McCain

It is really just that simple.

Has JD Hayworth waited too long to get into the race considering how much money it will take to get rid of McCain?

I don't think so. JD has a local radio show in AZ and is well known already. McCain has plenty of negatives in AZ. I say that advisedly having a home in Scottsdale. His dismal performance in 2008 and his stance on amnesty hurt him among GOP voters. This is not an open primary, which is definitely not in McCain's favor. JD doesn't have to be as well funded given McCain's negatives.

What if Sarah stayed out of Arizona or what if she funded both and just let the best man win? What is best tack for her politically.

My advice would be to stay out of the primary battle and leave it up to the AZ GOP voters. She could say that she would support whomever received the nomination. I believe the worse thing she could do would be to support McCain out of loyalty.

Boycotting tv temporarily, I listened to today’s talk shows of cspan replays, and noticed that Juan rambled for so long without interruption, I wondered if the others had left the studio.

In the 2000 South Carolina primary, GWB replied to every attempt to goad him to take a side in the Flag controversy, that it was a matter for the people of SC to decide.

I think Sarah will do the same thing in AZ.

I think hands-off should be the word of the day in all the primary battles... the RNSC (Cornyn) never should have interfered in Florida... and they tried (McCain tried) in PA and Ridge didn’t fall for it.

While I am certainly no friend of my Senator McCain, this statement is WRONG. There are many things that McCain have done correctly, and some not go good. BUT he is an American first, unlike some of the RATS we have in the Senate. McCain does not bring the bacon home to AZ, and that is what we need more of - again I am not a fan of his but given the alternative of a RAT I will give him another chance if no one can beat him in the primary (I can hope can't I)?

We have to pray and then get behind those people who we believe are conservative and able to do the job...we need all the help we can get to convince those people we support that they must stand up and lead...

Yeah there is little question.

Juan was ramming his big wheel into the stone brick wall last week.

This week he attached a motor to it so he could ram into the wall even harder, faster, he is basically a poor lost soul.

Great advice on Sarah.

I think you are right as well.

She has already paid her homage to him now probably best to help other candidates in other races.

I sure hope you are right about Hayworth.

My worry is that McCain is really entrenched and that IMHO JD would need a bigger head start just to raise enough money but maybe people are so mad at Mcgeezer it won't matter. Thanks.

Don’t think that Andrea Mitchell is interested in the hunks..only the chunks of money in their pockets.

I want to put a comment here on tomorrows Prop 8 trial in San Francisco if I may.

Confirmed, Attorney General Jerry Brown says he will not do anything for the lawsuit. The lawsuit brought because the lower court said Californians have the right to govern themselves and prop 8 opponents are furious. Californian’s do have the right to govern themselves and vote that marriage is for man and a woman. Moonbeam Brown says it is Unconstitutional. (being gay himself)

Schwarzenegger says he will remain neutral as he is a defendant in the case.

Two people sworn to uphold the will of the people will now set forth to undermine that will.

Brown has already filed a suit that Prop 8 is unconstitutional.

And we now have the first openly gay speaker,John Pérez, in our state assembly. Cousin of Ex Mecha gang member Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Mayor known for requesting millions for new low income housing for illegal’s. And illegal children’s medical care is costing Los Angeles 44 million a month I think it is.

Do you see where California is going? What else will Schwarzenegger and Moonbeam decide how they will proceed in their elected positions they swore to uphold?

Besides New Orleans and leftist control, and what leftist power has done to California to bankrupt it, check out Detroit and hope we get control back in California and stop the madness. http://bit.ly/8uanHg

And for those who may have missed the battle between Schwarzenegger and the dems,he asked for 8 billion to create jobs. Dianne Feinstein who created her own tidy little 25 billion legislation for FDIC so they would award a contract to her husband, told Schwarzzie to not look to the east. He probably did it for show anyway.

He said the money is owed to the state and that we only get .75 cents back for every dollar we send to Washington.

Well Mr. Babs Boxer Face was livid. Within a day she had a reBUTTal, that California received $1.25 for every $1.00. I found it interesting she had a report drawn up so fast.

For those who think WTH, let prop 8 go, it does appear they have worn many people down with their belligerence and hate of anyone who dares to stand by their beliefs. The issue here is when they decided we are wrong, they will make sure they override us on anything from here on in.

I really hope Rush skips CPAC this year... and IMHO Ann Coulter should, too... though she is a big Romney supporter so that may be the attraction to her???

That is pure crazy talk... McCain isn’t the best, but he is not the worst, either...... and no DEMOCRAT is better... unless you want to see this nation completely fall into total ruin, for another two years of total democratic rule that is exactly what will happen.

I agree, hopefully either he or one of his crew monitor a lot of this anyway so they will get the message. I’ll tell you I am sure glad he is O.K.
