Read that again, carefully. HIS KENYAN CITIZENSHIP. How can a Natural Born American citizen also be a Kenyan citizen?

My reading of that sentence would lead me to think that as of August 4, 1982, Obama would no longer have dual citizenship and would only be, by his birth in Honolulu, a U.S. citizen.
