You're missing the point newheart. The Constitutional requirement for POTUS is for a "Natural Born" citizen. That has meaning only as of the moment of his birth. He even admits that he had Kenyan citizenship at birth, so how can Barry have been a Natural Born Citizen AT BIRTH?

By his own admission, he was a dual citizen at the time of his birth. And that time (which allegedly was August 4th, 1961) is the only time that matters in this discussion. Any act of law, renouncement, etc. affecting Barry's citizenship since the alleged date of his birth is meaningless. He is not Natural Born. Period.
