Venezuela blames U.S. for destabilizing Iran

CARACAS, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) -- Venezuela on Wednesday blamed the United States for destabilizing Iran by instigating violent protests in the Asian country.

The Venezuelan Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Venezuela rejects the destabilization attempts "promoted by the government of the United States against the government and people of Iran."

"Venezuela is surprised that a group of countries led by the North American Empire are echoing a campaign to divide and spread violence among Iranians, in contravention of the fundamental norms of peace, non-interference and respect for sovereignty," the foreign ministry said.

Venezuela also expressed its solidarity with Iran "for its fight for the consolidation of the Islamic Revolution."

During the annual Ashura commemoration by Shiite Muslims on Sunday, anti-government protestors clashed with security forces in Tehran. The riot led to eight deaths.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Tuesday that Sunday's anti-government protests in Tehran were plays staged by Israel and the United States.

Well, they certainly must mean past tense. It has to be George Bush’s fault because Obama just wants to ENGAGE the religious fundamentalist regime in Iran. Obama could care less about the democracy in Iran. He barely could be bothered to send a message of regret at the death of one of the leaders of the insurrection in Iran.

Maybe one day the people in Venezuela will give Chavez his medicine.

This story comes from the Chicom news agency. Of course, the Chicoms have their own experience with popular uprisings.

Hugo Chavez and his cohorts need to be deaded yesterday. Chavez is the new threat to the Western hemis-sphere.

This newest threat to Western liberty needs just one round right between his eyes. Think of the message that would send his supporters. I think it's time we revoke the act that prevents the USA from exterminating such vermin. I'm okay if that were to become the norm and our enemies attempt to assassinate our own leaders. We have better security. Just think if the Allies could have blown out the backside of Hitlers head early on.

I want every POS despot killed tomorrow. I never killed a man, but I would pull the trigger tomorrow on such Chavez types and relish in watching their brains splattered all over the wall. I would sleep in peace, probably with a smile on my face.

You better worry about the United States. All the people that can and will hurt us are here and they are members of the Democrat Party. Right here is where our danger lies.
