Why Does Interpol Need Immunity from American Law?
National Review Online ^ | 12/23/09 | Andy McCarthy

You just can't make up how brazen this crowd is. One week ago, President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.

Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?

Read the whole article, but this for me is key.

O will use interpol against Americans, and not even Congress or the Supremes can do anything about it.

Perhaps the keyword in the article was ‘archives.’ Perhaps Interpol has, lost in its archives somewhere, information pertaining to Obama.

Note on dates:
Interpol formed in 1923
Interpol recognized by the US in 1983
Obama’s alleged Pakistan visit was 1981.

If Obama is denying our law-enforcement the ability to search & seize things, perhaps it’ll be if it does come out any handling of whatever the sensitive information is will “contaminate” it as being against the executive order.

Christmas terror attempt may open door for military action in US cities

Snips: “While the rationale for using the US military domestically had been debated for years, President Barack Obama appears intent on using our military at least until he can create his promised ‘Civilian Security Force’ which he said would be as big and powerful as the military,” said political strategist Mike Baker.

The first active-duty unit dedicated to supporting US civilian authorities in the event of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack is wrapping up three days of intensive training in tactics to be used within the continental United States, according to Armed Forces Press Service representative Donna Miles.

Ms. Miles reported to news reporters, bloggers and Internet journalists that troops from the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team are at the Naval facility located in Indian Head, Maryland getting hands-on training in skills they would depend on to provide support during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive incident, known here as a CBRNE.

However, not everyone is happy about this latest military development coming so close to the transition from the Bush White House to the Obama Administration. Some observers believe this plan is part of a deal between President Obama and the current Secretary of Defense who remained in his current position even after the Bush-Obama transition.

“While Obama and his team are making it sound as if they will use the military in a non-combative roll, part of the training being conducted is in urban warfare,” claims Mike Baker.

“Obama appears oblivious to Posse Comitatus and to the US Constitution when it comes to using the military against civilians within US borders,” he added.

While the military experts in Obama’s pocket appear excited about this use of soldiers within the borders of the United States, many military and police commanders and officers are less enthusiastic.

Wrong, Congress can undo ANYTHING the President does, They Also have the EXPLICIT POWER in the Constitution to FORBID the SUPREME COURT from hearing any issue they decide.
“unless otherwise directed by congress”

The question really is, Will They do Anything.

Uhhhh.....hasn’t it occurred to any of you that Interpol
would not necessarily follow the kind of orders you are sure Obama would give them to carry out?
I am trying to be logical here. I think you need to examine this a little further.
And yeah, I heard McCarthy on Steve Malzberg today about this piece on NRO (which, btw, is hard to find, once you click on the NRO icon). There’s a lot of speculation that Interpol would function (or this Administration wants to scare you into thinking that it would function) as the same kind of “civilian police force” Obama briefly talked about during the campaign-——establishment of this kind of Stasi/Gestapo style police thug force will get no farther than it already has: this pathetic and ineffectual and disorganized “army” has thus far only “seen action” in the random acts of violence perpetrated by the thugs of SEIU. I hate this creep more than anyone on FR, believe me, but if you’re worried about us being rounded up, and shipped off to camps, or detained, or tortured, or whatever, you just don’t know America. I am not suggesting he hasn’t toyed with the notion, or doesn’t have fond dreams about it, or won’t in the future, as more of his “plans” get scotched,
but don’t underestimate yourself OR the rest of America OR EVEN a good portion of that ever-diminishing constituency,
known as former Obama supporters.Correct me if I’ve misread the argument here.

Their files are out of reach of US law enforcement or courts (per his order). Which means they can do investigations and domestic surveillance that normal law enforcement can’t do.

And if they are beyond accountability, who’s to say what they are really doing? They could be doing legitimate international law enforcement, they could be executing orders on behalf of the ICC, or they could be Sorosian agents doing who knows what. Or his personal thugs operating under the cover of an international badge.

What portion of the 97% of blacks who voted for him do you suppose would vote differently today?

President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.

This is an illegal executive order. And if the Supreme Court could ever figure out who has standing, those special persons could file suit and have it struck down. But out of 300 million people subject to the absolute tyranny of this fraudulent order that allows the creation of a de facto gestapo, the SCOTUS, despite it's best efforts, can't find one single person who has standing to sue...
