Jasper Schuringa profiled.

He recognized the fact that a young African guy with a lit bomb in his lap looked kind of suspicious, so he jumped on him.

Frankly, I think it’s necessary to profile long before the fuse is lit, like at the boarding gate or better yet out in the streets and in the mosques (Sarah Palin supports profiling).

Looks like it’ll be up to individual citizens to do the profiling (without breaking any laws of course).

OPINION:

I agree profiling/targeting is a good and wise idea. There are a number of criteria that should be used AND political correctness must be left out of the equation.

All I’m saying is when it comes to the general (not detailed searches); please search everyone.

That’s not profiling; that’s a more than reasonable response/reaction to a terrorist act.

If you’ve ever been a victim of a personal crime(s); then you know you know that in many cases you only have a very brief window of opportunity to act/react to save yourself.
