Baucus is drunker than a skunk, but I'm just as upset as him railing on the Republicans not being "Bi-Partisan" on healthcare.
Other than that, funny (and sad sad sad) stuff.

Mark Steyn's article was great.
What I have trouble understanding is why this evil is overtaking us. I guess we have abandoned God, and He has left our country. I have no other explanation for why we are allowing such blatant evil in our midst to be thriving.

Let us hope he doesn’t pick up Teddy’s car keys.

He has been waiting for us to do something about Roe v. Wade since 1973. Perhaps He isn’t hearing our prayers because we’ve let that stand thus far, and allowed the entertainment industry to ruin our youth and the faith our youth once had.

Picking up Teddys torch? Next, he'll be driving a young, pregnant female campaign worker off a bridge.

Hey, why do you think he is drunk? This is how he always sounds! Most never listen to him past the clips shown on the evening news.
He is not the sharpest crayon in the crayola box.

I said the exact same thing. This is how the man sounds.
We look like idiots....we ARE idiots for electing this mess, over and over and over.

We are awake.
We don’t mind crazy people, frankly. We don’t hold that against them. Look who we elected as Governor; P.T. Barnum and his trained monkey.

He is there because we are a poor state, and he brings in loads of money for us. He fights for Montanans. He has power, and uses it for the benefit of Montana.
Now, that might not be right, but that is why he is reelected time and time again. His family are founders of this state. We like his mom. His family has raised sheep here, for generations; and so he gets money for farmers and ranchers. His nephew was killed in the war. All these are reasons that he is reelected. It is why many have looked the other way when he had affairs, and held liberal beliefs apart from ours.
This is his first big mistake, because this health bill hurts a great big portion of his constituency: senior citizens. And the next big employer in this state: health care workers. Both groups are already suffering under medicare cuts..which will only get worse.
This will be his last term in office. I expect Obama to give him a political appointment, before his term is over; because he will not be reelected this time.
