You know as well as I know that
“the Constitution says whatever the Supreme Court says it says”.

Has the Supreme Court acquired an Army that would be sufficient to really enforce that?
The government has only gotten away with what they have is that we have tolerated a long train of abuses. We are no longer willing to continue to suffer them.

And we say that the Commerce Clause does not give the Federal Givernment the power to order citizens to make third party private payments.
unless we make it very clear on topics twisted by the federal govt ( supreme court ) via convention. we are the final say.
