The media arm of the Afghan Taliban announced last week on an affiliated Web site that a new videotape of Pfc. Bowe Bergdahl was forthcoming.

So, if the Taliban is so organized that it has a MEDIA ARM, I guess they must be main stream? Do they hold regular press conferences? Do they have an office in Kabul? Inquiring minds want to know how AP gains access to them.
