In Idiocracy, EVERYONE was stupid, even the leadership.
I think what BO and company have in mind is more of a feudal system in which they are the elite ruling class nobels and we are the serfs, each group having different rules and privileges (or lack thereof).
“Even the leadership is stupid”...and this would be different from the current situation how?
