One thing though — people had best not get in trouble with the IRS. Their civil disobedience should be no worse than a misdemeanor.

Fuzzy memory alert: I vaguely recall that some misdemeanors can even be expunged after a year when you plead “no contest”. [At least in some states.] Most leftist organizers think long and hard about risks and consequences before breaking the law.

I still don’t think it’s necessary to break the law to make a point. The law-breaking rats will not be impressed until people scare them, and then the offenders would be pegged as terrorists.

I humbly and respectfully suggest that you contemplate those two statements in juxtaposition with each other.

As for how far anyone goes to defend the Republic I respect that as a personal decision.
