It really doesn’t matter about Stupak. The Democrats fully intend to offer 1) a public option and 2) full single-payer Socialized medicine as the next steps. So, any Stupak amendment will be overturned anyway.
Is Stupak for real or is this just posturing? While all races have problems with “unwanted” pregnancies and abortions, is it not true that the black and Hispanic populations have a bigger per capital problem with it? If so, does Stupak want to go against his base? Probably not.
It is over .Democrats have the 60 votes needed to end debate and so to
pass the bill, this destruction of America. People don't understand that Democrats have a
virtual dictatorship now with Democrats controlling 60% of the votes in the Senate. Democrats can pass anything into law even if every Republican Senator opposes it as all Republican Senators oppose this socialist government healthcare bill.

I think you may be right about what the dems will try to do. Stupak, being a good so called blue dog democrat (so called because there are no moderate democrats), lies about who he is, what he wants, and when the chips are down, does what he can to help the party achieve its goals.
