The percentage of people that are willing to “starve the beast” is a fraction of a fraction of a percent. Even less are willing to sacrifice anything more.

99.99999% of the people “outraged” about this matter will file and pay whatever is required and keep feeding the beast. Then they will come here and be outraged some more and do it all again next year.

It’s over. There is no revolution. We all bow before the leviathan and we get what we deserve.

We got what we deserved when the impeached Bill Clinton was not removed from office. I truly believe that's what started the downward spiral of this once great nation of ours.

The beast is empowered to come and take your money. Very few people do not have taxes withheld from their paychecks. Yes, we could all increase our deductions, but that wouldn't last long before they plugged that leak, by regulation rather than a messy old law.

Besides, the way these things work, the actual legitimate, that is Constitutional, functions would be the first to go.. in fact they already are. All governments do that. At the local level, police fire and recreational facilities (pools, parks, etc) are the first to go when belts must be tightened. They don't cut "social services" to illegal aliens. At the state level they cut highways, health and safety matters, and leave welfare.
