Serious misinformation. A state constitution (which seems to provide for all elected leaders including US Senators) cannot violate the US Constitution, which provides for removal of Senators only under the rules of the Senate itself. Those currently require a 2/3rds vote to expel a Senator.

Although it sounds like a real catch 22 if the only avenue to remove senators is to let the senators do it themselves when most of them share the same corruption.
